Generating Latex-Suite documentation

You need:
- xsltproc
- Docbook XSL stylesheets (*)
- Docbook DTD (*)

(*) These files will be downloaded every time you create the documentation,
unless you install or download them.

To install the required packages, you can run as root on

Fedora:

  yum install libxslt docbook-style-xsl docbook-dtds

Arch Linux:

  pacman -S libxslt docbook-xml docbook-xsl

Ubuntu (16.04):

 apt-get install xsltproc docbook-xsl
